* You can use autoresponders to automatically send a message back to anyone who sends an email to a specified account. Possible scenarios in which you may use autoresponders include when you are on vacation, unavailable, or if you have a generic message that you wish to send from a support email address.

To make Email Auto Responders :

1- go to your cpanel link (your domain/cpanel) .

2- Click on Auto Responders in the Mail section .

3- click on the Add Auto Responder button .

4- Enter the email address you wish to send the auto-responses from, the name you wish the message to come from, the subject of the auto-response email, select a character set from the drop-down menu and choose whether the message will be displayed in the HTML format. Finally, type in the message in the Body field .

5- Click on the Create/Modify button to create the auto-responder .

* Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail from one email address to another. For example, if you have two different email accounts, user@example.com and user1@example1.com, you could forward example.com to example1.com so that you do not need to check both accounts .

To make email forwarding in cPanel :

NOTE: The original address will still receive the forwarded mail.

1- go to your cpanel link (your domain/cpanel) .

2- Click Forwarders in the Mail section .

3- Click on Add Forwarder .

4- Put the user of the email address you wish to forward from in the first blank field. For example: for user@yourdomainname.com, put user in the first blank field.

You can choose to what address the incoming mail should be forwarded. The other option is to choose a failure message which will be returned to the sender .

If you click on Advanced Options, you will be able to choose to forward the message to a system account, pipe it to a program or discard the forwarded mail .

5- Click on Add Forwarder to add the forwarder .

To configure Apache Spam Assassin :

1- go to your cpanel link (your domain/cpanel) .

2- click on Apache Spam Assassin .

3- click on configure Apache Spam .

4- Set the number of hits required before .

5- Add your contact to white list or black list .

6- Assign scores (the number of points for a hit) to a given test .

7- Click save botton .

3- Choose Score Number .

(5 is the default setting. The higher the number, the more conservative the setting) .

To create E-mail Accounts :

1- go to your cpanel link (your domain/cpanel) .

2- Click on E-Mail Accounts on Your Clint Area .

 

3- write Your E-mail .

4- Choose your domain name .

5- enter Password and confirm the password .

6- choose your Mailbox Quota ( limited or Unlimited ) .

7- Click on Create Account .
