To change Web Users password, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Web Users.
3 – Click on user you want to manage.
4 – Enter the new password for this new web user.
5 – Click OK.

To change the password for a mail account, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go Mail.
3 – Open Email Addresses tab.
4 – Select Email Address.
5 – Type a new password and confirm it.
6 – Click OK.

To change the FTP password of a web page owner, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click Web Users in the domain settings pane of the domain that contains the personal page.
4 – Click the required user name.
5 – Type the new password into the New password and Confirm password boxes.
6 – Click OK.

If you decide to change a user’s password, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click Password-Protected Directories.
4 – Click the desired password-protected directory.
5 – Click the user whose password you want to change.
6 – Type in the new password, and click OK.

To add a user to a password-protected directory, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click Password-Protected Directories.
4 – Click the desired password-protected directory.
5 – Click Add a User.
6 – Type in the username and password.
7 – Click OK.

If you decide to change the directory’s title, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click Password-Protected Directories.
4 – Click the desired password-protected directory, and then click Directory Settings.
5 – Type in the new directory title, and click OK.

To protect a directory with a password, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click Password-Protected Directories.
4 – Click Add Protected Directory.
5 – Type in the path to the directory you want to protect (relative to the domain’s document root directory) and, optionally, a title that will be displayed to visitors.
6 – Click OK.

To create a user role, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Users.
3 – From User Role tab click on Create User Role.
4 – Enter User role name.
5 – For every promotions select either “Granted” or “Denied” as you wish.
6 – Click OK.

User roles are used to define what Plesk functionality is available to additional users. Every additional user must have a user role assigned to them, and every role includes a set of permissions that determine what operations users who are assigned that role can perform in Plesk.

To remove user account, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Users.
3 – Select User Account from table.
4 – Click Remove and Yes to confirm.
