To create a new file in File Manager, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click File Manager under the domain you want to manage it.
4 – Open the folder where the file will be in.
5 – Click New from toolbar and select Create File.
6 – Enter the File name.
7 – Click Ok.
