Tools present here enable customers to add and remove domains, subdomains, and domain aliases. They also enable them to manage various web hosting settings, create and manage databases and database users, change their DNS settings, and secure their websites with SSL/TLS certificates.

Mail
Tools present here enable customers to add and remove mail accounts, as well as manage mail server settings.

Files
This page features a web-based file manager that enables customers to upload content to their website, as well as manage files already present on the file system within their subscription.

Databases
This page allows customers to create new ar manage existing databases.

Statistics
This page features information about disk and traffic usage, as well as the link to web statistics that present a detailed overview of the site’s visitors.

Users
Tools present here enable customers to add and remove user accounts that enable other people to log in to Plesk.

Account
This page features information about resource usage for the subscription, allowed hosting options and granted permissions. Tools present here enable customers to retrieve and update their contact details and other personal information, and also back up their subscription settings and websites.

To remove Web Users, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Web Users.
3 – Select user from table.
4 – Click Remove from toolbar.
5 – Click Yes to confirm.

To change Web Users password, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Web Users.
3 – Click on user you want to manage.
4 – Enter the new password for this new web user.
5 – Click OK.

To setup web users in Plesk, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Web Users.
3 – Add Web users
4 – Enter a username and password for this new web user.
5 – Then select the options you want this web user to have.
6 – Click OK.

To remove a user role, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Users.
3 – Click User Role tab.
4 – Select Role from table.
5 – Click Remove from toolbar.
6 – Click Yes to confirm.

To disable auto-reply for an email account, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go Mail.
3 – Open Email Addresses tab.
4 – Select Email Address.
5 – Open Auto-Reply tab.
6 – Click to switch off auto-reply.
7 – Click OK.

To delete an email account, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go Mail.
3 – Open Email Addresses tab.
4 – Select the email account you want to delete from the list.
5 – Click Remove form toolbar.
6 – Click Yes to confirm.

To change an email accounts quota in Plesk, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go Mail.
3 – Open Email Addresses tab.
4 – Select Email Address.
5 – Under Mailbox, select Unlimited or select Another size and enter size and choose the size unit.
6 – Click OK.

To Extract Files in File Manager, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click File Manager under the domain you want to manage it.
4 – Select the file you want to extract, and then click Extract Files from toolbar.
5 – Click OK.

To Add Archive file in File Manager, perform the following steps:

1 – Logged in to Plesk.
2 – Go to Websites & Domains.
3 – Click File Manager under the domain you want to manage it.
4 – Select the files or folders you want to archive, and then click Add to Archive from toolbar.
5 – Enter the Archive file name.
6 – Click OK.
